For the last 95 years, Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc. has been providing surveying services for the parishes of Jefferson, Orleans, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, and Plaquemines. Located in Metairie, LA, we specialize in land surveying, flood elevation surveying, and construction surveying.
